Heatlh Facility Conference Center
The new Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District (ATCPHD) facility has enhanced our conference hosting capacity. We now host small conferences or meetings. In addition to the meeting space we provide access to our technology systems. The systems include C & ku band satellite connections; V-SAT satellite connection through WIC; video conferencing through TALHO; dual internet connectivity; tele-conference over analog conference phone; audio and/or video recording to DVD; ceiling projection in each room displaying computer generated programs, Satellite or broadcast programs, webcasts, and videos. Health Mobile Unit
ATCPHD has built and maintains a mobile unit used to deploy technology and supplies in support of our field operations. It has been used in several emergency exercises, and our annual Flu Clinics.
